Our story
My name is Morgan
French vanilla master craftsman, I learned the trade with my grandfather and my father who had left mainland France to try their luck on the other side of the world, cultivating this precious spice first on Reunion Island then in Madagascar and finally to finish on the perfume island in Mayotte, this little piece of France in the middle of the Indian Ocean near the coast of Madagascar. I have been passionate about vanilla cultivation since I was little and am an expert in the cultivation, selection, preparation, processing, refining and packaging of vanilla pods. I work while respecting artisanal traditions and ancestral know-how. My commitment is to sublimate each stage of production to offer an exceptional vanilla, rich in aromas and quality. Combining traditional techniques and innovations, I strive to make people discover all the diversity and richness of this unique product in the world with my know-how and family traditions passed down from generation to generation.
In turn, I pass them on to my children with all the secrets that make our vanilla a signature, a vanilla with a soul.
